Booking individual appointments:
To book an appointment, please email Cork Office cork.appointments@chi.ie or Dublin Office admin@chi.ie with the following information:
- Name of company the medical is for
- Name of the employee that will be attending
- Dates the employee is available to attend
Notice for bookings:
- We aim to facilitate appointment requests within 5 working days of the booking request.
Directions to CHI Cork coming from the South Link Road/Jack Lynch Tunnel:
- Take the Mahon/Blackrock Exit
- Go straight past Mahon Point Shopping Centre
- At next junction (O’Leary’s Insurance/CSO/Skehard Road) turn left at lights
- At next junction (St. Michael’s Credit Union) turn left at lights
- Go to mini roundabout and take 3rd exit
- Heritage Business Park is the 1st building on your left and we are on the left hand side of the building on the 1st floor.
Directions to CHI Dublin travelling east along the Liffey quays
- Continue along Custom House Quay
- Turn left onto Commons St
- Turn left onto George’s Dock
- Turn left onto Exchange Place
